c. Unsatisfactory Products: If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. While we strive for customer satisfaction, refunds for unsatisfactory products are subject to our discretion.

If   approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. No cash refunds will be               permitted. Refunds will only be done once the transaction has been reflected in our account.


Exceptions:

a. Promotional or Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional events or sales are typically non-refundable. 

b. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
